Upload photos of the room and the outside wall, plus a short phone video walking through both. Takes about five minutes.

Within two working days we send a written quote — a single all-in fitted price, with a clear description of what we will install.

On the agreed date the indoor unit, outdoor unit and connecting pipework are fitted, the system is tested and you are shown how to use it — usually within a day.
